Common Return Questions

What is your return policy?

Beach and Fitness Swimwear prides itself on making the highest quality and eco-friendly bikinis handmade in California. Made in small batches to ensure quality never changes. A store credit and exchange only policy allows us to continue to produce sustainable one-of-a-kind custom bikinis. We thank you for your support!  

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will gladly exchange your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date for a store credit or exchange for another style.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS

All returns and exchanges must include the packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please print out your order confirmation email. We do not accept packages sent back without submitting a return request or exchange request.

Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip.

Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Beach and Fitness discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Beach and Fitness cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. Please note we’re not offering free return shipping labels at this time. 

We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What items are non-refundable?

*Any Custom order is Non-returnable.

  • Fitness/figure/Wellness suits, Custom orders, G-strings and sale items
  • Items purchased past the 30-day return policy.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Accessories (jewelry, sandals, towels, hats, handbags, sunglasses, beauty, pool toys, and candles.)
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items purchased using a 20% discount code or above.
  • Sales and clearance items
  • Original shipping and handling fees.
  • International orders 
  • Face masks are final sale


What if my item is damaged?

Beach and Fitness Swimwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. Beach and Fitness’s suits are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost. 

How long will it take to receive my store credit or exchange?

Store credit and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

Is there a restocking fee?

There is a $75 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00

Can I return an international order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
